London restaurant chain, Hummus Bros has reported record sales in July with year-on-year growth rising by 27% and like-for-like restaurant growth swelling by 15%.
The company confirmed 55 pop-ups in corporate, entertainment and public spaces. City pop-ups include those at JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and Barclays Bank. Sports venue pop-ups can be found at Chelsea Football Club and Wembley.
Hummus Bros confirmed that new pop-ups will be springing up at HSBC, KPMG plus a second pop-up will be coming to JP Morgan.
The company, founded by Ronen Givon (pictured right) and his business partner Christian Mouysse (left), operates four restaurants in Holborn, Soho, St Paul's and Exmouth Market.
