East Anglia-based Middletons Steakhouse & Grill is set to open its fourth restaurant in Colchester at the end of the month, with further plans to open up to 50 restaurants in the next seven years.
The new restaurant is located at a former Strada venue on North Hill and will seat up to 130 diners.
The firm is looking to open up to four new restaurants a year over the next three years, including sites in Leicester, Lincoln, Nottingham and Chelmsford.
The Middletons Steakhouse and Grill currently operates restaurants in Milton Keynes, Watford, Kings Lynn and Norwich.
