Hotel Du Vin has acquired the Cannizaro House hotel in Wimbledon – the company’s first hotel in London and its 16th hotel in the UK.
The 46-bedroom hotel will launch as part of the group next year, following a £1m refurbishment.
CEO of Hotel du Vin, Gary Davis said, “We are delighted to continue to grow our portfolio of hotels with the opening of our first hotel in the prestigious location of Wimbledon, London.'
He added, “We will invest a further £1m into the hotel over the coming months to bring our own style of chic accommodation and destination dining here and we look forward to becoming a vital and integral part of the local community.”
