South West based craft cider and pizza restaurant group The Stable is set to open its eighth restaurant in Plymouth, Devon.
The restaurant will open at the former Vauxhall Quay bar and restaurant at Sutton Harbour in Little Vaxhall Street in 2015.
Owners Richard and Nikki Cooper said, 'We've identified Plymouth as a city that has great potential for the Stable.'
'There's a lot of young discerning students and professionals in the area and we think that we've got a great experience to bring them.'
The Stable launched in Bridport, Dorset five years ago and has recently opened new sites in Falmouth and Newquay.
