Tonkotsu opens new ramen outlet in London

Tonkotsu has opened a new site in Mare Street, London E8 bringing its number of sites to four across the capital.

Tonkotsu is named after the creamy ramen typical in Kyushu, Japan’s southern-most island, but found all over Japan. Tonkotsu ramen’s smooth, silky consistency is created by cooking pork bones for up to 18 hours.

Karaage burgers are a speciality, which are Japanese crispy fired chicken burgers.
