Chaucer Foods is to add a third production line at its gluten-free bakery in Hull, with the creation of 25 jobs over the next year.
The firm manufactures a wide range of bread types such as loaves, sticks, batons and rolls, which come from a fit for purpose artisan bakery and conversion site that contain both traditional and modern manufacturing capabilities.
The company also manufactures freeze-dried fruits and bread crouton products for customers including Kellogg’s, Heinz, Unilever, Kraft, Nestle and Starbucks.
