    Olive Tree Brasserie of Lancashire plans to expand to 10 outlets wthin 5 years


    Olive Tree Brasserie of Lancashire is planning to develop a nationwide chain of ten restaurants over the next five years.

    The firm opened its second site in November last year which is located in the heart of Preston.

    The two restaurants serve up classic and modern Greek and Mediterranean dishes using both local and Greek ingredients.
