Fast-growing independent healthy eating group, Filmore & Union is aiming to raise £500k on Crowdcube.
The firm operates at seven locations - with an eighth outlet currently moving site - serving pure, natural and wholesome food both to eat in and take out. The funds will help the company to expand the business throughout the North of England.
Ten per cent of the firm is up for grabs and investors get extra perks including free coffee once a week for a year, free dinner for two people up to the value of £50, 20% discount gold card to be used in all sites (valid for the life of the shareholding), and free dinner for four people up to the value of £100.
Filmore & Union was established in 2011 after identifying a gap in the health food market within the North of England. The company reported a turnover of £3.2m in 2014.
