Fulham Shore-owned pizza chain, Franco Manca is to open a new restaurant in Wimbledon, south London this winter, on the site formerly occupied by Sama Asian Kitchen restaurant.
The 1,525 sq ft outlet, situated on the Broadway, will be spread across the ground floor and basement, and will the brand's 16th site.
The announcement follows the news in June of Franco Manca's plans for two new sites in London's Covent Garden and Earls Court.
The Wimbledon menu will offer the brand's selection of Neapolitan-style sourdough base pizzas which are baked in a 500°C brick oven.
