Britannia Hotels has purchased a 50,000 sq ft industrial unit in Trafford Park, Trafford in Greater Manchester, which is made up of a warehouse and two floors of offices.
The company is understood to have paid joint administrators at Deloitte a sum in excess of £2m for the freehold.
Britannia owns and operate 50 hotels across the country with many in the North West, including the flagship Adelphi in Liverpool.
