The Barrio team bring their passionate way of life and love of all things South America to the streets of Brixton, and their fourth bar will come complete with a vintage caravan.
Inspiration will be taken from local markets, arcades, brewers and distillers, but Ernesto Paiva will make sure to keep it all rooted in his Peruvian heritage by introducing food from the street-carts of Lima, with burritos and tacos.
To wash all of this down, there will be tequilas and mescals to piscoes and cachacas.
The new bar is set to open in February next year.
