19th Pho opens in Bristol


Vietnamese street food restaurant group, Pho has opened an eatery in Bristol, the brand's 19th venue, situated on the corner of Clare Street and St Stephen Street inside the beautiful bathstone facade of Clare Street House.

With around 70 covers, the new branch offers kids menu, and also Pho To Go for those who wish to take their food away.

The menu includes starters such as Cánh gà - Seasoned, crispy chicken wings served with sriracha, and main dishes like Pho Xa`o - Wok fried flat rice noodles with lemongrass, chilli and Asian greens. Served with peanuts & nuo´c châ´m.

For sweet treats there are Banh lá da - Pandan pancake with roasted coconut, served with ice cream (honey & ginger or coconut), and Bánh sô-cô-la truffle - Chocolate truffle slab served with green tea ice cream.

Pho has plans to open a further four venues in London this year, and intends to open another five restaurants per year over the next few years.
