The Soho House Group, in a joint venture with US hotel owner and developer Sydell group, is planning to open a new hotel called The Ned in the City of London in spring 2017.
The 29,450 sq m hotel, which will create 800 jobs, will offer 252 bedrooms and feature nine bars and restaurants, as well as extensive event space.
The venue will also have a members club, where its members will be able to exclusively enjoy many of the features, including a modern gym and roof-top bars with swimming pool.
The grade I-listed building was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens in the early 20th century.
