Mexican-style fast-casual restaurant group, Barburrito is to open its 21st site in the autumn, at an Aberdeen shopping complex.
Barburrito has taken a unit at Hammerson’s Union Square shopping centre, making it the seventh site for the company in Scotland.
The move follows the acquisition and conversion of five Pinto Mexican Kitchen sites across Scotland, and the grant of a premises licence for a site on Forrest Road in Edinburgh.
Barburrito is also set for an additional site at intu Derby, which will open mid-2017, taking the total estate to 22 restaurants nationally.
