Joining San Carlo Group's Fumo sites in Manchester (pictured) and Birmingham, a third Fumo restaurant, bar and late lounge is to open in London's Covent Garden early next month.
The company's 17th eatery will be serving Italian cicchetti-style small plate dishes and original signature cocktails, seven days a week.
The 130-cover Fumo will open on St Martin's Lane offering a menu with dishes such as Gamberoni Piccanti Sicilian prawns grilled with chilli, lemon & garlic, Spiedino di Pollo chicken wrapped in Pancetta with rosemary, and Calabrese with Nduja calabrian soft spicy sausage & buffalo mozzarella.
There will be 15 chefs working at the site under San Carlo executive chefs Filippo Pagani and Franco Bellamusto, as well as chef consigliere Aldo Zilli.
The family-owned San Carlo Group currently owns six San Carlo-branded restaurants, as well as ten others branded Cicchetti, Bottega, Gran Cafe, and Signor Sassi.
