Ormer Mayfair, the restaurant from Michelin-awarded chef Shaun Rankin within the luxury boutique hotel Flemings Mayfair, was ranked as 5th best restaurant in London and 14th in the UK in the Harden’s 100 Best UK Restaurants 2018 list on Friday.
The highly sought-after 85-cover restaurant, with a focus on expertly executed Jersey-inspired dishes, has been a hit with diners since it opened, picking up numerous media accolades and exceeding all expectations.

Harden's 27th annual restaurant guide surveyed 8,500 participants who contributed 50,000 reviews. These reviews form the basis for the inclusions and ratings in the guide.This is the first year the Harden’s 100 list of top restaurants has been published independently from The Sunday Times.
