Pho signs up to Surrey shopping centre

Queensberry has signed Pho, the Vietnamese street food restaurant, for Tunsgate Quarter, the 80,000 sq ft retail and and leisure development in the heart of Guildford town centre in Surrey.

The centre will open to the public on 15 March 2018 followed by a number of special activites throughout the next couple of months to celebrate the opening of further shops and restaurants, such as Pho, in the coming months.

Established in 2005 and with over 25 restaurants across the UK, Pho will serve its namesake (pho), Vietnam’s famous national dish – aromatic, nutrious and delicious rice and noodle soups – alongside other healthy Vietnamese dishes like spicy salads and fragrant curries, from a 3,700 sq ft unit in Tunsgate Quarter.

Stephen Wall, co-founder of Pho, said, “We are really looking forward to opening our doors at Tunsgate Quarter. The newly remodelled centre is the ideal location for us in Guildford, and we are excited to introduce everyone to our healthy Vietnamese food later this spring.”

Chris Daly, Senior Leasing Manager at Queensberry, said, “Pho signing is testament to Queensberry’s vision for Tunsgate Quarter and the ongoing interest from top brands. Pho will bring an exciting and different offer to the centre and will complement the opening of The Ivy Castle View and Nespresso, planned throughout the spring and summer. The ongoing openings will follow OKA, The White Company, Bobbi Brown, Loaf, Cath Kidston and lululemon and will provide a variety of new experiences for visitors to the centre each time they visit.”
