Following the news in April that Aramark and Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group had struck a 10-year deal, Aramark's CEO, Frank Gleeson has confirmed the first site will be at a university and the other two will be business dining concepts in the UK and in Ireland.
The three outlets will launch with previously established Jamie Oliver branding in a matter of months, bosses at both group's have stated.
The contract between the companies could also mean new Jamie Oliver brands hitting the workplace, healthcare and education sectors, and even the high street.
Gleeson also said that the exclusivity of the partnership had developed interest from many of the firm’s current clients, so is likely to be attractive when it approaches new clients.
