Franco Manca set to open in Manchester this summer


Franco Manca is to open in Manchester, on Mosley Street, this summer with the opening date yet to be announced.

The new pizzeria will open in a former Lloyds Bank just off Piccadilly Gardens, and will offer space for up to 130 diners over two storeys, with an additional basement and bar area.

The brand will be serving up pizza made from slow-rising sourdough, which is made on site daily. It’s blast cooked at 450°C meaning the flavour, aroma and moisture cannot escape.

Pizzas are topped with traditional ingredients sourced from small suppliers across Italy and the UK. There is also a daily changing specials.
