The deal with Kudos, part of the Crown Group, is an extension to the original 10-year contract is worth around £10 million in total turnover.
Kudos will manage all commercial and retail catering, as well as all conferencing and banqueting at the historic hall, extending a relationship that first started more than a decade ago.
Central Hall can host almost 2,500 people in its Great Hall for events ranging from corporate parties, concerts, conferences and weddings. The venue also has 22 meeting rooms with state-of-the-art technology.
