Franco Manca, the London restaurant group specializing in pizzas is set to open its fourth branch in Battersea in the next few weeks.
Located on Northcote Road the new site will join the existing restaurants in Brixton, Chiswick and Westfield Stratford.
Ingredients used are all carefully sourced for the group- mozzarella from Lloyd Green’s organic farm in Somerset; tomatoes from a small co-op of organic producers in Italy; and ham and sausage from the Rare Bread Survival Trust.
A launch date has been given as 11 August.
