Sally Beck, General Manager at Royal Lancaster London, commented, “Being recognised as a great employer is incredibly important to us, as our goal is to always be the happiest hotel in London.

'For us, a happy team means happy guests and ultimately this why we’re all in hotels and hospitality! We are strongly committed to equal opportunities and diversity, and work hard together to ensure that we provide a safe, rewarding working culture and environment.”
