The eagerly anticipated opening of The Bridge Inn in Linlithgow is officially taking place on Wednesday 1 September 2021, under the ownership and operation of Buzzworks Holdings.
While some lucky guests enjoyed a preview sitting over the weekend, The Bridge Inn, situated in West Lothian, will open its doors on Wednesday 1st September, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The launch follows a careful refurbishment from owners that paid careful attention to maintain the character of the historic building, whilst introducing contemporary features including the new and improved beer garden.
The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in stylish surroundings, as well as offering a casual and relaxed pub and beer garden.
Guests can expect an exquisite menu with dishes including fresh, seasonal produce from the Scottish larder that incorporate a variety of cooking styles.
Ranging from mouth-watering steaks and burgers from the chargrill to authentic wood fired pizzas with hand-stretched sourdough and topped with the finest ingredients – there will be something for everyone at Linlithgow’s newest restaurant, pub and beer garden.
