Rosa’s Thai welcomes new Property Director


Casual dining chain, Rosa’s Thai has appointed Steve Seager as its new Property Director. Seager has a wealth of experience; a qualified Chartered Surveyor, he has worked in the hospitality sector for over 20 years, acquiring over 200 restaurants in that time.

Prior to his appointment at Rosa’s Thai, Seager worked for Côte for over 11 years. Joining when the company had 10 restaurants, he was responsible for acquiring 70% of the current Côte estate, including 12 of the top 20 performing restaurants

Preceding his role at Côte, Seager worked for Strada restaurants, joining when they had 23 restaurants, and helping them grow to 80 restaurants prior to the sale to Tragus in 2007.

He also spent almost three years at Tragus acquiring for Café Rouge, Strada and Bella Italia; two years at TGI Fridays and three years at Luminar Leisure.
