The Incipio Group is set to launch Dear Grace in London's White City, offering small plates and cocktails.
Dear Grace will join the company's five sites including Pergola, Lost In Brixton, The Prince, and two Percys.
The new all-day drinking and dining venue will open from breakfast onwards on the site previously home to Wellbourne Brasserie and Motherclucker.
During the day, the team behind Dear Grace plan for it to be a handy place for work and meetimg up, then in the evening it will perfect spot for cocktails and small plates after work. There are also plans for a large events space.
