Leading sustainable seafood restaurant group, Rockfish has been named one of the best companies to work for in the UK.
Ranked number 38 in the top 100, the 9-site firm was also named the 10th best company to work for in the South West, and 8th in Hospitality.
The workforce completed anonymous surveys for Best Companies over the last few years, and the group has worked hard to implement that honest and invaluable feedback from the people who work at Rockfish in order to make changes, learn, and shape the company into what it is today.
Rockfish has created a community where all staff can enjoy their work and where each team member can enjoy a sense of belonging, and a sense of dedication to Rockfish’s overarching goal as a business that cares for the environment and those around them.
The company is especially proud of their achievements in light of the industry they find themselves in, which has faced important challenges post-pandemic and where no two days are ever the same.
