Italian restaurant chain San Carlo, is set to open its third Cicchetti restaurant in Convent Garden, London.
The group, which also has two other Cicchetti restaurants, one in Manchester and one in London Piccadilly (pictured), plan to open the new site in September.
It will be the group’s 14th UK restaurant, which also has San Carlo restaurants in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and Leicester.
Owner Carlo Distefano said, 'For more than 2,000 years the Italian people have understood how to use the best that bountiful Mother Nature has to offer and to transform even the simplest of ingredients into small delicacies; this is what I am passionate about conveying throughout my restaurants and the new Covent Garden venture will be no exception.'
