Family-run restaurant chain, Pho has acquired a unit in One New Change in London's St Paul's for its 12th outlet, and plans to reach 25 sites in three years.
The 2,900 sq ft, 110-cover site will feature an outdoor terrace and an additional 30 seats. The site is due to open early this September.
The Pho menu offers Vietnamese street-style dishes such as Pho xao, which is wok fried flat noodles served with crunchy greens and a choice of three toppings - beef, prawn and chicken or tofu and mushroom.
