Barburrito, the Mexican-style casual dining group, is set to open its fourth venue in Manchester. The firm is planning a rollout of up to 13 sites across the UK and currently has outlets in major city centre shopping complexes in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds. Barburrito requires £5-10m in funding to continue the expansion plans of opening 2-3 sites this year and a further 6 in 2011. The annual turnover is expected to double to £3.6m by the end of September 2010.
