Topland-owned Hallmark Hotels has merged with sister portfolio, Feathers Hotels, to create a 28-strong portfolio.
Feathers Hotels has 8 Best Western venues and the majority of its 276 bedrooms will now be refurbished.
Topland has already invested in Hallmark's 20 hotel estate with refurbishments across bedrooms, function suites and leisure facilities.
Hallmark, which merged with Menzies hotels last year, will now comprise of 2,700 bedrooms and 171 function rooms, is operated on behalf of Topland by Bespoke Hotels.
