Revamped Devon pub reopens with new menu

The Dartmoor Halfway in Newton Abbot, Devon, has reopened after an extensive renovation to restore it to a traditional pub with a twist.

Working with Buccaneer Inns, the family friendly pub has been completely refurbished and has also created a brand new menu to marry with a range of real ales and wines.

As well as classic British pub dishes, like Homemade Steak & Dartmoor Ale pie, the new menu includes Southern India monkfish & king prawn curry, Halloumi, beetroot & butternut squash burger, and Crab & shellfish linguini.

For children, there is a brand new adventure playground and children's menu.

For those from further afield there are four beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms, as well as a caravan park that can accommodate 24 caravans.

Buccaneer Inns currently operates nine managed houses throughout the South West of England, and is looking to expand to twelve pubs.
