Apex City of London Hotel to open new spa facility in September

As part of its £1.5m refurbishment, Apex City of London Hotel is partnering with PURE Spa & Beauty to bring an oasis of calm to the capital.

The brand new spa facility will open in September and will offer five luxurious treatment rooms, the spa will include an infra-red sauna, manicure and pedicure bars, a spray tan booth, relaxation area and luxury retail area.

It will offer guests, as well as locals working or living in the surrounding area, a luxurious menu of pampering treats to choose from – including Elemis facials and massages as well as manicures, pedicures and waxing.

The new London spa marks Apex Hotels’ second partnership with PURE Spa & Beauty, as the award-winning brand already provides treatments at Apex Waterloo Place Hotel in Edinburgh.

Brian Tapson, General Manager of Apex City of London Hotel, said, “We’re thrilled to be bringing a new spa facility to the capital as part of our refurbishment. Not only will our guests – and locals – benefit from having access to a relaxing space and some of the best treatments available, it’s a wonderful opportunity for experienced therapists to join the team at a brand new spa.

“The spa running in partnership with PURE Spa & Beauty at Apex Waterloo Place Hotel in Edinburgh has gone from strength to strength since opening in 2016 and we’re hoping to emulate that success here in London – starting with the perfect team.”

Becky Woodhouse, CEO at PURE Spa & Beauty, said, “We’re looking forward to adding another spa to our existing seven across the UK.

'We are encouraging experienced spa managers and therapists, as well as beauty therapists, to get in touch about joining an award-winning team.

“It’s a wonderful opportunity to work at a brand new spa facility right in the heart of London – providing a sense of calm to guests in the middle of a bustling, buzzing city.”
