Holiday Inn Birmingham changes hands


Holiday Inn Birmingham - Walsall M6, Jct.10 has been sold by Christie & Co on behalf of Canada Life Ltd.

This hotel, which will be continue to be managed by Kew Green Hotels, has 156 bedrooms and has undergone extensive investment across the bedrooms and public areas.

The venue benefits from health and leisure facilities including a swimming pool, as well as extensive conference and meeting facilities.

The hotel regularly serves a number of local, regional and national clients and is popular for meetings and event functions.

Canada Life Ltd, who rebranded the hotel to a Holiday Inn in 2011, have sold to CL Capital, an Asian-based investment fund.
