US-style smokehouse eatery chain, Grillstock has announced it is ‘no longer in administration’, but has closed its Walthamstow restaurant, east London.
The company has been bought back by some of the directors, although founding duo, Ben Merrington and John Finch, are not part of this.
Grillstock was founded seven years and now operates three restaurants in Bristol, Bath, Leicester, plus a market stall in Bristol. Everything is smoked fresh on site over hickory wood using Grillstock's own seasonings & sauces.
