Patty & Bun to open two new sites with first breakfast menu

Popular burger brand, Patty & Bun, has secured two new sites on Borough High Street and within the Television Centre in White City, through Shelley Sandzer.

The first, located at 19 Borough High Street, is a 1,500 sq ft unit opposite Borough Market and nearby London Bridge Station (illustration pictured). Due to open in May, it will be the first ever Patty & Bun site to offer a breakfast menu, available Monday-Friday.

The ground floor level will be focused on a quick service take-away style with no seating. The lower floor will provide a dine in experience, featuring a bar and a large, theatrical open-kitchen.

Also secured is a 2,000 sq ft ground floor unit within the new Television Centre development in White City, bringing the brand’s total number of London locations to 10.

Joe Grossman, founder of Patty & Bun, added, “Once again Shelley Sandzer has delivered on a couple of great locations that will suit Patty & Bun perfectly. Having worked together to secure all of the Patty & Bun units, the team fully understand what our brand is about and make the process of growing our presence in the capital and across the UK a great experience.”

Nick Weir, joint managing partner at Shelley Sandzer, said, “We are delighted to announce our involvement in securing two fantastic sites for this immensely popular brand. Patty & Bun are going from strength to strength and we are proud to build upon this close relationship and work together with the team on their expansion.”

This signing follows the announcement that Shelley Sandzer secured a debut regional restaurant for Patty & Bun at 56 Ship Street in Brighton. The prime corner unit situated within the busy South Lanes covers approximately 1,500 sq ft across basement and ground floor levels with space for 50 covers.
