This July sees the opening of Art St Kitchen, the revamped restaurant housed in DoubleTree by Hilton, Westminster.

Serving up modern international cuisine in a cool, contemporary setting, Art St Kitchen is inspired by food from across the globe, with a focus on shareability and creativity, bringing people together in the heart of the capital.

Situated on Art Street just a stones-throw away from the River Thames, Tate Britain and Burberry HQ, the vibrant restaurant is perfectly placed for Londoners and tourists alike to enjoy a meal with family and friends - or for those busy at work in the surrounding art galleries and offices, to grab a quick lunch to go.

Inspired by artists, the restaurant boasts a simplistic, stripped-back design with stand-out splashes of colour and eclectic pieces of artwork.

Art St Kitchen’s menu is full of culinary dishes influenced by seasonality and cultural diversity from around the globe and will feature special dishes to tie in with the restaurant’s creative décor.

For those on the move, the restaurant will also be offering an express service guaranteeing diners will be in and out in 45 minutes and a grab and go lunchtime menu, featuring dishes such as: Freekeh with roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, spinach, cranberries and tahini; and Beetroot & squash with chard, walnuts, nigella seeds and feta.

Guests who would prefer to dine in the restaurant will be treated to a range of dishes with something sure to suit every palate including: Fresh burrata with caponata, capers and basil; Raw and grilled Courgettes with mint and lemon; Salt Beef and Gherkin Croquettes with parsley and mustard; Fried Squid with friend orange and lemon slices and deserts such as Black Forest Chocolate Tart.

All the dishes on both the sit-down lunch and dinner menu are designed to share, making any meal at Art St an interactive and sociable dining experience.

The drinks menu offers London Rd cocktail jars including classics like Singapore Sling, Mojito and Cosmopolitans as well as wines inspired by the arts such as Italian Bocelli Sangiovese Toscana.
