Yoh Burger launches with plans for nationwide chain

Yoh Burger is looking to launch a franchise chain of restaurants across the UK, having just opened its first forecourt store in Rotherham this week, which comes complete with its own dedicated dessert counter.

The new food outlet is situated at the Fizwilliam Service Station in Eastwood where enterprising operator, Fuzail Patel, has undertaken the conversion to offer something different at the petrol station.

The menu offers beef, chicken and veggie burgers, as well as wraps, salads, nachos, rice boxes and a variety of chicken with peri rice, plus potato and sweet potato fries. There are also boxes for children.

The burger buns come in a range such as charcoal, beetroot, seeded brioche, gluten-free, glazed brioche, and white, which is vegan,

There is plenty to choose from for sweet treats, with 16 desserts and cakes, such as build-your-own waffles and sundaes, cookie dough, a number of cheesecakes, gateaus and ice creams.

Beverages include build-your-own shakes, Cawston Press juices, San Pellegrino, and the usual range of fizzy drinks.

The outlet is open Sunday-Thursday 11:00-23:00, and Friday to Saturday 11:00-01:00.
