Arthur David is expanding its fruit and vegetable wholesale business with a £250k new ingredients hub in Bristol and more than ten jobs.
The new hub will centralise the company’s ingredients and fine foods operations, making it easier to supply its sites in Bishop Sutton, Bristol and Bridgewater.
The company supplies catering outlets from Monmouthshire to central London, and north as far as Birmingham and south to Devon.
Owner Arthur David set up his own company A. David and Co back in 1962. His company is based in the Mendip Hills between Bristol and Bath, employing over 420 staff.
