New Farmhouse Inn set for Wigan

Medlock has won the contract to build the latest Farmhouse Inn. The highly successful carvery restaurant from Greene King will open its doors in Pemberton, Wigan.

The restaurant will be built over a period of 26 weeks. The construction element will consist of a two-storey timber frame construction along with all associated landscaping works. The internal fit-out will exhibit the unmistakable atmosphere that is Farmhouse Inn.

Once complete, the restaurant will offer its signature carvery dishes and traditional fayre for up to 300 customers. For those looking to dine al-fresco, a further 120-covers will be available outdoors.

The brand is known for its freshly carved 14-hour slow cooked roast meats, seasonal vegetables, signature roast potatoes and giant Yorkshire puddings.

Beyond the carvery, every Farmhouse Inn has an ever-changing, unique cake selection, which are baked everyday in each pub.
