Liverpool city centre tapas restaurant for sale

Neon Jamon, an authentic Spanish tapas restaurant in Liverpool City Centre, has been brought to market through Christie & Co, with an asking price of £150k for the leasehold.

The restaurant accommodated up to 135 diners in contemporary surroundings across the ground and first floors, with capacity for an additional 60 covers in the private beer garden to the rear.

Situated on Berry Street, the restaurant is close to numerous other popular bars and restaurants in the nearby Ropewalks and Knowledge Quarter districts.

Neon Jamon has seen significant investment in recent years, including a high spec catering kitchen with separate prep kitchen, feature copper bar with stainless steel cocktail stations, and stripped-back modern furnishings and fixtures throughout the public areas.

Tom O’Malley, Senior Business Agent at Christie & Co, who is handling the sale, comments, “Neon Jamon is ideally located to pick up high levels of passing trade. Following the significant investment that the current operator has made in the property, it’s ready for an incoming operator to start trading immediately.

'With a 1am licence in place and currently restricted opening hours, there’s immediate potential for a hands-on operator to increase revenues and drive the business forward.”
