Shepherds restaurant in Westminster is available on the open market, the new letting has a nil premium.
The Marsham Street restaurant was historically owned by actor Sir Michael Caine, Irish restaurateur Peter Langan and Richard Shepherd.
The 62-cover restaurant has an art deco-style interior and also boasts two private dining rooms.
