Maison Bab launches Sunday lunch with twist

A new alternative to bottomless brunch is set to launch this February as fusion kebab specialist, Maison Bab announces its new Sunday lunch offering with a difference: Graze-en-Bab Sundays.

Starting from Sunday 2 February, Maison Bab in London's Covent Garden will launch the aptly named Graze-en-Bab, offering unlimited pork shawarma carve with all the garnishes, plus free flowing cocktails. Unlimited Sabich will be on offer for vegans & vegetarians.

For two hours, diners will enjoy endless shawarma, all knocked back with bottomless cocktails, including the Espresso Babtini (Jungle Super-Brew, 42 Below Vodka, Kahlua), Bacardi Cuatro Daiquiri (4-year-old Bacardi Anejo rum, with lime & demerara sugar syrup) and Martini Blood Orange spritz.

Maison Bab’s signature Pork Shawarma is slow cooked for 15 hours and then caramelised over hot charcoal to caramelise and imbue a smoky taste. The shawarma carve comes with the classic garnishes of pickled cucumbers and Chermoula Mayonnaise, along with unlimited flatbread.

These modern kebabs fuse classic dishes from the kebab heartlands of the Middle East with global influences and fine dining techniques. Top quality ethical produce is at the centre of their food.

Founders Stephen Tozer, Ed Brunet and Manu Canales found their love for kebabs in the kebab houses of Dalston and Green Lanes. Their travels across Turkey, Lebanon & Israel have deepened their love and understanding of the dish.
