Synergy Grill Technology has prepared for yet another surge in production demand by appointing Ady Gilbert as its Production Manager.
This new appointment comes shortly after the Cambridge based brand announced that they had increased production from 10 grills a week to 10 grills a day – a staggering increase that newly appointed Ady will be at the forefront of.
Stepping into this role with a wealth of product management experience, with one key career highlight being with Dart Europe where he managed a 120-strong team that produced an impressive 2 million paper cups per day, it’s safe to say that Ady is no stranger to the manufacturing industry and will play a pivotal role in the Synergy Grill Technology team as they continue to grow.

Unlike conventional chargrills, the Carbon Trust Accredited Synergy Grill atomises any fat produced during the cooking process, leaving only dust to be vacuumed or brushed away the morning after service. Not only does this eliminate the need to spend hours cleaning fat trays, it also reduces an operator’s contribution to environmental damage caused by fat and grease disposal such as blocked sewers.
Furthermore, the Synergy Grill uses 59% less gas and saves over 11 tonnes of CO2 when compared to a commercial gas grill of a similar size.
