Fulham restaurant site seeks new owner

Me Me, a Vietnamese Restaurant in London's Fulham has been brought to market via Christie & Co, with a price tag of £95k for the leasehold.

Me Me was established for over 15 years and run as a family business by Mr & Mrs Ta. The venue is a modern restaurant with facilities which include air conditioning, fully fitted basement catering kitchen, with two dumbwaiters to serve food to the restaurant.

The site has been updated over the years and can be easily utilised to serve many different styles of cuisine. It has a modern design throughout its ground and basement floors and there is also much scope to grow the takeaway aspect of the business.

Me Me is prominently located on the main Fulham Road (A304), opposite the Fulham Broadway Tube Station and less than 200 yards from Stamford Bridge football stadium.

The area has many high street names including Bodean's, Byrons, Subway, Foxtons, Metro Bank, Halifax and the popular local Whole Foods Market. It experiences a great deal of business from passing trade as well as regular patrons who rate the cuisine highly on Tripadvisor and Google.

Mr & Mrs Ta have made the decision to sell as they are looking to retire from the business and move on into something different.

Stewart Harkness, Director at Christie & Co, is handling the sale and commented, “This is a great opportunity for an operator to take on this established Vietnamese restaurant and benefit from the current owners’ 15 years of trade, or for a new offering to be placed into this modern restaurant without high cost, within this busy footfall area in Fulham Broadway.”
