Costa reopens 76 sites today & 58 next week

Costa is reopening 75 further drive-thru and delivery sites today, Thursday 21 May and 58 will reopen on 28 May.

Over the past four weeks, in line with Government guidelines, Costa has successfully reopened over 70 Costa Coffee stores.

The store teams have responded well to the new ways of working, which has given Costa the confidence that it can reopen more stores. Over next two weeks, the chain is reopening all our Drive-Thru lanes.

Costa will continue to have 18 takeaway stores open throughout May, allowing customers to enter the store and collect a coffee to takeaway.

There are also 14 stores open for delivery only. No customers are allowed into the stores but they can order their favourite coffee from the comfort of their own home via Uber Eats, who will deliver.

CEO Jill McDonald said, 'As part of reopening our stores, we continue to help support everyone who’s keeping the country moving.

'Over the past week we have delivered another hundred thousand Ready-to-Drink Costa Coffee cans to key workers, providing a well-deserved coffee break to those working in hospitals, police and fire stations and NHS call centres, to name just a few.

'A huge thank you to those team members working, helping us to safely re-open. We look forward to welcoming customers safely back into our stores.'
