Honest Burger rolls out reopening of entire estate

Honest Burgers is reopening its sites for delivery only this week and next. Having worked extensively to ensure that it is safe for staff and customers, it is now in a position to be able to reopen for business.

To celebrate, the chain is bringing back some of its most popular ever specials. Designed to champion the amazing small producers the brand has worked with over the last few years, and to help guests enjoy some of their most well-loved specials, Honest is launching with the Spring, which combines Honest beef, smoked bacon, Westcombe cheddar, wild garlic pesto, rocket and pickles and is served alongside Honest's signature homemade rosemary salted chips.

This 'best of British' special makes use of Honest's favourite produce and supports and gives a platform to the brilliant and varied artisan producers in the UK (particularly poignant at the moment). The cheddar comes from Westcombe Dairy in Evercreech, Somerset (handmade the traditional way - unpasteurised and matured up to 18 months), whilst the homemade wild garlic pesto is made from wild garlic foraged in Somerset.

The next special that launches on 2 June is the Chimichurri, in collaboration with much-loved Brindisa. Comprising Honest beef, chorizo, manchego cheese, homemade chimichurri and chipotle mayo, with rosemary salted fries.
