London restaurant, Sabor is to open an entirely outdoors dining experience reminiscent of Spanish market bars on Mayfair’s pedestrianised Heddon Street with up to 28 seats available.
Sabor’s new casual offering will continue to serve its signature dishes for guests to take away, including: Ham croquetas, Tortilla, Octopus, Pintxos moruno (Iberico pork loin skewers), Gazpacho, Oysters, and Chicken oyster bocadillo.
Classic Sabor cocktails such as their house Sangria, Fino Negroni and Aqua de Valencia will be served alongside beer on tap, Cava and a couple of wine options.
Sabor al Fresco will run for five weeks throughout the summer months, at which point both the counter at Sabor and the Asador will reopen with exciting menu changes and all-important safety measures in place.
