Zero 3, a popular cafe in Eton, Berkshire, has been sold, refurbished and has just reopened under the new name, Eaten Café.
The site, which seats around 20-25 guests and has a large commercial kitchen, was sold by Christie & Co to Dion Hales, a well-known local operator. Hales has just applied for a licence to enable the sale of alcohol.
Tim Widdows, Business Agent at Christie & Co handled the sale and comments, “Due to its strong location in Eton, we received a good amount of interest from a range of operators.
'We are thrilled that it was taken on by a well-known operator such as Dion, who will no doubt thrive with his new venture. I am sure the people of Eton and Windsor will be excited to have a new and exciting local offering.”
