Paella Shack opens first bricks & mortar site

Paella Shack, from the team at the London Paella School, has opened its first bricks and mortar site in Highbury, London N4.

The group's street food, which continues to be successful at food markets in London, Surrey and Oxfordshire, will now be served at this new fast casual dining site on Blackstock Road.

Founded by Xavier Meroño, Paella Shack dishes up Valencian paellas featuring chicken, lobster and cod, rabbit, cauliflower and garlic sprouts, among others.

There are also tapas dishes which include Trio of croquettes - prawn, spinach and cheese & serrano ham, Padron peppers with spicy marinated halloumi cheese & crispy onion, and Glazed spicy Rocario chorizo in cider and garlic with butternut squash.

For a sweet treat, diners can indulge in Churros con chocolate.

As well as dine in, Paella Shack offers take away and delivery.
