Manchester deli sold to first-time buyers.

Fusion Deli, located in the South Manchester village of Didsbury, has been sold to first-time buyers via Christie & Co.

This hugely popular and well-presented local delicatessen is packed with a wide range of regional produce and tastes from every corner of the world, including meats, cheeses, wines, craft beers, sandwiches, pastries, ready meals and general groceries.

The previous owner, Peter Davies has operated the store for many years and decided to put the business up for sale in order to retire.

The deli has been purchased by Jack Warburton and Jay Anderton, first-time buyers and new entrants to the sector, who hail from a background in traditional office jobs.

Ashley Cobban, the Business Agent in Christie & Co’s Retail team who is handling the sale, commented, “I’m delighted to have sold Fusion Deli on behalf of our client, Peter Davies.

'The store was already a well-established and popular local business, but the purchasers, two passionate and driven individuals will no doubt bring new profitable ideas and see it grow even further.”
